Job Summary: Have experience in Payment domain – UPI, Cards, Merchant Acquiring, Digital Credit, End-end-end payment value chain, Transaction Processing, Clearing & settlement, Payout, Disputes etc.
- Have proven experience in payments with an understanding of competitive offerings, industry trends and profitability drivers.
- Provide support and functional support to teams with the aim of better mastering customer’s business needs
- Have relevant product experience, including developing product strategy, developing customer value propositions, and building go-to-market product roadmaps.
- Have demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams that are globally and regionally dispersed (i.e. Dev, Support, Operation, Sales, Partners etc.)
- Active participation in mentoring juniors/new joiners while also growing abilities and domain knowledge with active participation with senior staff within the company.
- Knowledge of Payment Protocol – ISO8583, ISO20022, Clouds, Security Standards, PCIDSS, PADSS, Data localization etc.
- Provide support to development teams during codification of process and management rules.
- Guide and supervise the team.
- Be self-motivated, a self-starter and a quick learner with ability to work independently and manage different priorities; thrives in a fast-paced environment; readiness to take-on stretch goals
- Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively and simplify complex ideas into easy-to- understand concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:
- Analyse market trends, competition and best practices to inform product and go-to-market strategies, driving product differentiation and innovation.
- Partner with regional teams to identify opportunities and support execution of key initiatives.
- Explore new solutions, benefits and partnerships to develop and drive specific use cases and deliver a best-in-class business value proposition.
- Support development of sales materials, thought leadership, case studies and other sales enablement tools to facilitate customer opportunities and ensure sales readiness.
- Present product strategy and updates to various stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and sales force.
Desired Skills:
8+ years’ experience in product management or new product development and shipping high-quality products in the payments industry. The ideal candidate for this position should:
